Each additional user is $49.95 $24.95 per month plus tax.

You must have a valid license for either QuickBooks or Simply Accounting for each user you intend to access our service. If you do not have a QuickBooks or Simply Accounting license, we can refer you to resellers who can provide the appropriate license.
For these prices you receive:
- Multiple daily backups
- Monthly backups held for 7 years
- Secure access to your accounting system from anywhere, easily through the web
- Technical support for your software and connectivity
- The ability to simultaneously and remotely work with your accounting / bookkeeping professional
If you presently have a maintenance contract for your software, we will deduct that charge from our monthly fee, for the duration of your existing maintenance contract.
Example
You currently have a 2-user license with a support contract. Your support contract with your software provider costs you $20.00 per month per user for a total of $40.00 per month.
Your setup fee will be $49.95. Currently waived through our web promotion, setup fee is $0.00
In this example, your monthly bill would be $49.95 for the first user and $24.95 for the second user. We would then subtract $40.00 to accommodate the cost of your current maintenance package. Your total bill will be $35.90 per month plus tax for the duration of your current maintenance package.
When your maintenance package expires, your monthly bill will then be $49.95 for the first user and $24.95 for the second user. Total $74.90 per month plus tax.
